Refund Policy

Effective: 6 September 2026 · Billing questions: support@liturgyflow.com

LiturgyFlow may be offered as invite-only access, complimentary parish pilots, or paid subscriptions. This Policy explains when fees (if any) are refundable.

1. Free / invite access

If you use the service without charge (demo, invite, or complimentary membership), no payment is collected and no refund applies.

2. Paid plans (when offered)

  • Cooling-off / first 14 days — If you purchased a new subscription and have not substantially used paid generation quotas, contact us within 14 days for a full refund of that billing period.
  • Service failure — If a confirmed outage prevents you from using paid features for a prolonged period, we may offer a pro-rata credit or refund at our discretion.
  • Duplicate charges — Verified duplicate payments are refunded in full.

3. Non-refundable items

  • Consumed AI image / poster generation credits after successful delivery.
  • Custom professional services, onboarding, or diocesan deployments already performed.
  • Refunds requested solely because hymn licensing, liturgical texts, or parish approvals are your responsibility.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@liturgyflow.com with subject “Refund request”, including:

  • Account email, invoice/receipt ID, date of charge, and reason.

We aim to respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within the processor’s timelines (often 5–10 business days).

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can help. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6. Local consumer law

Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory refund or cooling-off rights you may have under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your country of residence.
