Accessibility Statement

Effective: 6 September 2026 · Feedback: support@liturgyflow.com

LiturgyFlow aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA for core parish workflows. Accessibility is an ongoing effort — please tell us if you hit a barrier.

1. Our commitment

We design for keyboard access, visible focus, meaningful labels, sufficient contrast, and reduced-motion preferences. Public pages include a skip link to main content.

2. Measures we take

  • Semantic landmarks and labeled form controls on auth, contact, and legal pages.
  • aria-live regions for status updates in the app where feasible.
  • Focus outlines on interactive controls; dialogs use aria-modal where implemented.
  • Respect for prefers-reduced-motion on marketing and consent UI.
  • Privacy-enhanced media embeds that do not auto-load without consent.

3. Known limitations

  • The Mass Builder SPA is large; some legacy panels may still need improved heading order or mobile focus traps.
  • PowerPoint / PDF outputs inherit limitations of Office formats and are not fully WCAG-conformant documents.
  • Third-party players (YouTube, radio streams) follow their own accessibility support.
  • AI-generated images may lack meaningful text alternatives unless you add captions when publishing.

4. Compatibility

We test with current evergreen browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on desktop and common mobile viewports. Assistive technology coverage includes VoiceOver and keyboard-only navigation for primary flows.

5. Feedback & timeline

Email support@liturgyflow.com with subject “Accessibility”. Please include the page URL, what you tried, and your assistive technology if relevant. We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days and prioritize fixes for barriers that block Mass preparation.

6. Formal approval
